Yeeps. Yesterday's injury came on a technique and motion that athletes of almost every single sport perform on a regular basis. Heck, walking through an ordinary city street causes people to use the same maneuver. perhaps not at the same velocity; and so that could be the cause of the injury, but not playing wes welker in the first possession yesterday is in no way a guarantee of injury prevention.
It is terribly too bad that it's season ending; indeed, my coworker todd is even saying hair-raising things like career ending. I'm not going to go that far yet; it only happened just yesterday, but indeed, it did not look very good.
